This project explore the idea of space which we inhabit vs the space that inhabits the body. Taking forms that expresses unity through layering geometric shapes that occupies a single unit of idea. These shapes are the foundations of lines that connect a visual map which explore the patterns of human interact with its inhabit environment.
The Côtes-de-Fer Collection tells the story of the rich history and beautiful landscape of the Caribbean island of Haiti. Each architectural detail and geographic image inspired the new silhouettes and shapes that both accent and contour the female form appropriately for both work and play.
THE FORME DE VIE COLLECTION
The silhouette of the Forme de Vie Collection derived from the negative space found in architecture floor plans. The purpose of this collection was combine modern, minimal, & unisex design concepts into wearable garments.
SEASON 14TH CONTESTANT
As a Project Runway Season 14 contestant, Merline debuted the Spring 2016 collection during 2015. This collection incorporates architecture shades and lines designated for the creative business women to express her uniqueness in the workplace.
This collection is inspired by the shapes of the satellite view of the island of Haiti. These shapes are the representation of my architecture aesthetic. Minimal lines and geometric shapes are key elements that brings this collection to life. Creating solutions for the creative women.

Our mission is to provoke style in the hearts of the next generation. We started in the Summer of 2014 in Savannah Ga. We have had the opportunity to partnered with many great organizations. It is our desire to educate and provide skills that will empower our youth to dream and apply for future opportunities.
