In the Artist’s Studio is Downtown Arts District Orlando's visiting artist program modeled after the BRAVO network's popular "Inside the Actor’s Studio." This year, we are focusing on the art of fashion design!
This year's honored guest is Merline Labissière. She is a Haitian fashion designer who was a contestant on Project Runway Season 14. In the Artist's Studio is hosted by former CBS “The Early Show” anchor and WKMG-TV Local 6 news anchor, Mark McEwen.
Guests will gather into Mad Cow Theatre on Friday April 21, 2017 at 7:00 pm for a live onstage interview with Merline Labissière. The audience will learn about her arts education background, inspriation for architecture and fashion design, and experience as a contestant on Project Runway. The interview will end with a 20-minute Q&A from the audience.
